*Kid's Yoga (ages 7-11) meets once a month on the following dates: 9/26, 10/24, 11/21, 12/19 ~Mats, props and water available. ~All classes open to all levels of experience. ~We encourage all participants to work at their own pace, developing their practice by continuously challenging their body, mind and spirit. ~Props and pose modifications available to accomodate all participants.

| Hatha | Foundational yoga that emphasizes a slower pace and a longer hold on postures as you enjoy the awareness and openness created in your body and mind. | | |
Vinyasa Flow | A dynamic and challenging form of Hatha yoga that flows through a progressive series of postures combined with deep breathing that generates an intense internal heat and a purifying sweat. This vigorous and energetic class promotes physical strength, flexibility and stamina while creating an open heart and calm mind.

Beginner's Beginner Yoga
| A slow paced, tutorial based method of learning the basic foundational poses. A great starting point for the new student or for existing students who want to revisit the basics and learn them with a renewed intelligence and appreciation. Gain proper alignment and confidence to progress to a more advanced class. Free! | | |
Pilates | A mind-body exercise that focuses on core stability to restore the natural curve of the spine, relieve muscle tension and enhance self confidence. Benefits include stronger, longer muscles and better posture. | | |
